In compliance with the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Members have a right of opposition (art. 26), access (art. 34 - 38) and rectification (art. 36) for data relating to them.
Accordingly, they may request that data concerning them that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated or whose collection or use, communication or retention is prohibited be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted. To this purpose the Member must contact U10 by e-mail through the webpage accessible under the heading Communication > Contact form.
u10.com undertakes that personal data shall not be retained in nominative form for periods exceeding the retention period provided for by the notification submitted to the CNIL, the French Data Protection Agency. In particular, personal data of the Member will be retained for two (2) years following closing date of his or her account.
